Saatchi Online :: Noteworthy Art

So in my quest to find some art for my blank walls, I came across Saatchi Online.  Their online store is chalk full of everything from prints on canvas to original works of art and even sculptures.  The price points vary, but you can definitely find something worth saving up for that is unique. 

The paintings are by no means your standard "decorative" paintings, which makes mama so happy!  You can actually find pieces that speak to you.  I fell in love with more pieces than I could count, and have added it to my (mental) wish list.

This original is for sale; painted by an artist named Courtney Murphy.  So vibrant, and suggestive.  I love it!

Tangerine Kisses & Marmelade Skies

So lately I've really been drawn to the color orange.  Designers are using it in fun ways, like as the backdrop for a room on the walls or, almost treating it as a neutral, where it's usually seen as an accent color.  The result packs quite a punch.
